Facility Managment
Strategically planned and executed visual & furnishing design projects totaling $1.5m over a 7-year period.
Developed strong sub-contractor relationships to achieve project goals.
Established processes to streamline management of facility for members and staff.
Provided Board leadership to successfully guide an “at risk” facility and membership to a currently healthy and vibrant chapter.
Mentored Collegian officers to help them be successful in their one-year positions.

Fund Development - Capital Campeign
Chaired Capital Campaign at local high school to upgrade all athletic facilities.
Recruited 30 community members to support this endeavor.
Raised $3.5 Million collaboratively rover a 2-year period
The success of this project made the district understand the need for upgrades at other school specifically turf fields.
Identified as the largest Public High School Campaign in the State of Oregon.

Community + School District Liaison
Publicly elected to position on a cross-functional team that interfaced between
community and the Principal.
Role was to identify and establish priorities of immediate, short and long-term facility needs at Beaverton Schools.
Successfully partnered with School architects to alter plans to create science rooms planned as a repurposed space to a new built wing which created more opportunity for technical upgrades and save the district approx. $1m in funds to be used for other building upgrades.
